Nancy Geaney

Nancy is a native New Yorker based in the Hudson Valley.

Her background in fashion, set styling, textile design and more recently as an event designer, has helped train her eye for finding the perfect piece of furniture, choosing a color palette, or objet d'art to enhance every space she designs.

Nancy is known for her attention to detail and ability to accentuate traditional or modern settings with a sophisticated, inviting, eclectic sensibility. She aslo has the keen ability to put clients at ease during what can be a stressful time in their lives. It is of utmost importance that she gains trust with her client, and most always comes away with new friends.

“I do my best to design spaces that do not look staged- rather I aim to create a desired lifestyle that appeals to all who enter.”

As a devoted board member she also lends her sense of creativity and style to several non profit organizations  including Woodstock Farm Festival and Woodstock NY Pride, cooking every Monday for Woodstock Area Meals on Wheels, and lead designer for The Secret City not for profit arts organization.

When Nancy isn’t at work (and she loves what she does) she is happiest spending time with her family, her horses, sourcing at antique shops and yard sales, and attempting to make original artwork for her staging projects.
